Staging may consist of recommendations to help clients prepare their home for sale, furnishing a space for the purpose of vacation or executive rental, or even providing design guidance to help your property pop in photos and listing materials. It can make the difference in receiving asking price on a property, or a bidding war.

We’ll begin with walk-thru of the property to better understand your goals. Following consultation, you will be provided with a list of changes and/or updates to help maximize your space. Based on the specific requirements of your property, we’ll create a customized plan to move forward.
